For commissioned systems we provide phone and remote connection support, fault diagnosis, parameter backup and urgent intervention planning. Annual maintenance agreement options can be defined according to project needs.

Project Process and Delivery Assurance
A successful project starts with correct analysis. We review the existing production process on site, analyze cycle times and needs, and define the most suitable robotic solution with budget and payback in mind.
Before field installation, we reduce risks through digital design and robotic simulation. Cycle time, reach and mechanical space compatibility are verified before implementation.
Mechanical, electrical and electro-pneumatic manufacturing is completed to industrial standards, then the system is installed and synchronized with the existing factory line.
Operators and technical staff receive training. Maintenance, fault diagnosis and remote support scope are clarified at delivery.
