How to read these projects

The same delivery logic behind every reference

The references are anonymized because many factory projects include confidential products, layouts and production parameters. Instead of presenting only names, we focus on the engineering logic: what problem was solved, which interfaces mattered and how the result was made measurable.

Typical scopes include robotic welding cells, positioner systems, solar panel handling concepts, line modernization, PLC/HMI communication, fixture manufacturing and CNC revision parts. Each project is reviewed through cycle time, safety, maintainability, operator flow and commissioning documentation.

How to evaluate the examples

The portfolio is intentionally written around production problems instead of only machine names. In each project we look at the reason for automation, the field constraint, the measurable target and the delivery risk. This keeps the reference useful for purchasing, maintenance and production teams.

Details are anonymized where confidentiality is required, but the scope logic remains visible: fixture, robot, PLC/HMI, commissioning, operator access and handover are treated as connected parts of the same industrial project.
